Vegetable oil is the raw material for the manufacture of biodiesel according to the European standard DIN EN 14214. We currently use up to 70 percent rapeseed oil in our plants, as well as soya bean oil and fatty acids.
Bioethanol is alcohol which has been produced through the fermentation of raw materials containing sugar and starch. VERBIO ist converting grain, which in a first step is ground and then mixed with water.
