Annual Document

Under Section 10 WpPG German Securities Prospectus Act, companies listed on a German stock exchange are required at least once a year to provide the public with an 'annual document' containing an overview of all disclosures published by the company in the previous twelve months in accordance with capital market regulations or made publicly available.
