VERBIO Vereinigte BioEnergie AG has share capital of €63,000,000. It is divided into 63,000,000 common bearer shares with no par value each representing €1 of the share capital.

Claus Sauter, Claus Sauter GbR, Dr. Georg Pollert, Pollert Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Bernd Sauter, Bernd Sauter GbR, Daniela Sauter, Daniela Sauter GbR and Marion Sauter own a total stake of 68.50% in VERBIO Vereinigte BioEnergie AG. These shareholders have entered into a pool agreement under which they are usually obliged to vote unanimously.
