Verbio stands for an open exchange and transparent dialog with its capital participants and stakeholders, and uses various formats such as roadshows, conferences, capital market days, and virtual and in-person general meetings to promote this dialog.

In September of the financial year 2023/2024, for the first time Verbio welcomed investors and analysts to a “Capital Markets Day” at its production site in Schwedt (Brandenburg). The aim of this event was to offer interested capital market participants comprehensive insights into various production processes, supplemented by presentations on Verbio’s latest developments, strategic directions, and relevant specialist topics. 

The great interest in and high acceptance of our Capital Markets Day encourages us to offer such events more frequently in future, whereby the timing will be significantly influenced by the added value of new information, such as product diversification, developments at the locations, strategic decisions, or other relevant information.
