Directors' dealings

The enactment of the Investor Protection Improvement Act extended the obligations for the notification and disclosure of securities transactions involving shares and financial instruments by certain types of people.

In addition to the members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board, executives of the company with control and decision-taking functions as well as those closely associated with the aforementioned people are subject to the notification and disclosure requirements. Furthermore, transactions exceeding the amount of €5,000 within a calendar year (previously €25,000 within 30 calendar days) now have to be declared,
